Announcement of Leadership Changes

The Elmira Sugar Kings Board of Directors are pleased to announce their new Executive. Laurie Wittie has been elected to President and Chairperson, Becky Brubacher and Kevin Detweiler Vice Presidents, and Kim Detweiler Secretary / Treasurer. We want to thank Rob Waters, Past President, Scott Basler and Rob Hall former Vice Presidents for their time and commitment to our organization.

In addition to the new Executive, we would like to announce the hire of Tim Priamo as Director of Hockey Operations and interim GM. Previously we announced that Corey Prang was appointed to Head Coach replacing Scott McMillan, interim Head Coach. With appreciation we want to thank Joe Amlinger and Scott McMillan former Directors of Hockey Operations and Kevin Bloch former GM.

The Elmira Sugar Kings, your community based hockey team and rich in tradition are proud to share these leadership changes. Work is now underway in planning for the 2023-24 season. Look for upcoming announcements on player signings and staff recruitment along the way to our Home Opener in September.
